    Look what just arrived in the post this morning. This book was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t wait to start reading it 📚

    I will feedback any tips on it.

    Great book, it provides a simple under of how you can trigger the response in yourself. Good news the more you practice the easier and quicker the response ☺️.
