I have facilitated a ‘Pub Quiz’ which has been good for remote teams and of course office teams. I would also suggest that instead of me doing all the questions each team member does 5 or 10 or even if you hold bi-weekly ones the ‘quiz Master’ rotates to allow everyone a chance.
