As we come to the end of the year, we wanted to pause, just briefly, to say thank you.

Thank you for reading, reflecting, and being part of the I Am Here community.

Whether you engaged every week or dipped in when you needed it most, you belong here.

Rather than posing new questions, we want to leave you with three simple reminders to carry into the days ahead

Three Things to Take With You

1. It’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.
This year may have brought growth, challenge, loss, or quiet moments that no one else saw. However it unfolded for you, your experience is valid. You don’t have to carry it alone, and support is always available when you’re ready to reach out.

2. Connection doesn’t have to be complicated.
A check-in. A message. A moment of listening. Small acts of care still matter, and they often mean more than we realise. Whether over the holidays or as we head into 2026, staying connected starts with simply being present for one another.

3. Courage often looks quieter than we expect.
Sometimes courage is admitting you’re not feeling ok. Sometimes it’s setting a boundary or reaching out when it would be easier to stay silent. And sometimes, it’s simply asking someone else how they’re doing and really listening. Looking after your mental health and wellbeing, and asking for help when you need it, is one of the bravest things you can do.
