One of the guiding principles of I Am Here is to Show you care. Sometimes we have to look inside ourselves and overcome some barriers before we can apply this principle of Show you care.

The Center for Compassionate Leadership has written an article on Barriers to Compassion. They talk about how distractions, judgments, and fears might cause us to hesitate.
