At I Am Here, we feel this short watch communicates excellently the complexities of mental health and wellbeing. It underscores the responsibility we all own to look out for one another, even when the signs are hard to read. We cannot assume that everything is ok just by outward appearances. What are we watching this week?
The following talk by American model Cameron Russell is entitled ‘Looks aren’t everything. Believe me, I’m a model.’
At the opening of her talk, I Am Here noted something Russell said: ‘Image is powerful, but it is also superficial.’ This made us wonder how so much power can have so little meaning. Russell made a personal claim that struck a chord with us. She said she was being fearless in this talk because to be fearless, for her, meant being honest.

This song explores the theme of appearances and how quickly we can judge each other based on appearances, looks, and image.
