What are we watching this week?
At I Am Here, we thought the following talk by writer and career change strategist, Scott Dinsmore, a good watch. Sometimes, we can feel that we are getting it wrong in the jobs we take on. We found his suggestion valuable: to go on a journey of self-exploration and self-discovery before determining what is the right job for us.
He shares his own story and tells us how he left a job that made him unhappy. He details how he spent the following number of years looking for the type of work that would have meaning and purpose for him, which ultimately delivered happiness.

“Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore.” – André Gidé
