Too often, we can be too busy to prioritize our mental health and wellbeing. Therefore, it’s important to recognize the signs that tell us we are not taking enough care of ourselves. If we are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, irritable, easy to anger and we are not spending time with our loved ones or enjoying our hobbies, this can mean we are neglecting ourselves. We need to schedule time for ourselves, even if that time is just for 15 minutes each day. We need also to be mindful of our thoughts and feelings and to remember to create space to be kind to ourselves.

This is a very short clip by Sean Cannell. It highlights life’s expectation that we must always be busy, always be productive and “always be on” culture.
